Membership Agreement
and Club By-Laws
For 2015-2016 Season

 

 

By signing this agreement, you, the member will be responsible for the following actions and payments. Failure to comply with Club By Laws will result in disciplinary actions up to and including membership termination.
 
      All membership dues are due by January 31st each year. In order to reserve your membership in the Club, a minimum of 50% down payment of  dues is due no later than February 1st each year, with the remainder due no later than May 31st.

    Each hunting season you agree to provide a minimum of two days labor during designated Mandatory Work Days, On the Date and Time agreed to at the Annual Meeting in August each year.

    If you chose or are unable to provide labor on the designated Dates, (disabled hunters exempted), you agree to pay a fine of $25 per day missed. This fine is due prior to commencement of current years whitetail bow season, or hunting and access rights will be suspended until fine is paid in full.

    You also agree to accurately record, on supplied harvest records located in each sign-in board, any Deer and Turkey harvested on D and D properties each hunting season. Information may be estimated.

    You agree to not harm, destroy or damage any equipment or fencing, tree-stands, ladder-stands and shooting houses, gates, locks or feeders that belong to the Club or any other member and neighboring land owners.

    You agree to keep and maintain a minimum of 200 yards distance form other hunting members, not in your party or accompanied by you.

    You agree to follow all State of Alabama hunting laws and regulations unless Club rules are specifically different. Club rules and regulations are listed below.

2015-16 rules:

1.     No alcohol, drugs or foul language.
2.     No pin in's before 4:30 Am
3.     No excessive riding trails/roads during hunting season,( game retrivial travel is permitted )
4.     3 bucks/3 does (no does after 12/31 except for first kill youth under 16 yrs old) 2 bucks 3 point or better 1 buck 4 point or better on 1 side. Kill the does first
5.     5 turkeys (1/day).
6.     All deer and turkey kills must be logged in on kill tracking sheet.
7.     Mandatory work weekends are 9/12; 9/19;9/26. must donate 16 hrs minimum IE 2 days.($25 per missed work day).
8.     Always have in your possession(signed by president) a membership card and present to any member requesting to see it.
9.     Children Under 16 must be within arms length of supervising licensed adult at all times.
10.   All shooting houses and ladder stands and blinds are on a first come first serve basis.
11.   Don't use anyone else's climbing or lock-on tree stands.
12.   Do not leave any trash on property, Always remove your trash when you leave     property.
13.   No small game hunting during deer season (gun or Bow).
14.   No target shooting or black powder shooting to unload on D and D property (exception for discharging loaded blackpowder weapon by the sign in board on south tract on county hwy 56).
15.   All gates are to remain locked at all times( lock gate behind you).
16.   No dogs allowed. ( shoot on sight any Coyotes, Bobcats).
17.   No BAITING/FEEDING after October 1st. Please remove feeders also.
18.    1/2 of yearly dues must be paid no later than Feb 1 to retain membership and   remaining 1/2 must be paid no later then 5/31.
19.    Anyone bringing a guest(household/family member) just notify President or Board Member 24 hrs prior to hunting(may post it on face book in D and D central).
20.    No fires, camp-fires or warmer fires are permitted on D and D Properties at any time. 

ANYONE CAUGHT NOT OBEYING RULES WILL FACE DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS AND MAY RESULT IN LOSS OF MEMBERSHIP.
